Dr. Jeff Cartwright is an experienced and articulate orthopaedic  surgeon who has served as an expert witness for both plaintiffs and  defendants for over 5 years in addition to maintaining a busy private  orthopaedic practice in Arlington Washington.
 Dr Cartwright has extensive personal experience with trauma and fracture care, arthroscopic surgery, sports medicine and total joint replacement.
