Dr. Cartwright requires a $1000.00 retainer before work commences or designation can be made of Jeff Cartwright, MD as your expert witness or IME physician. Dr. Cartwright bills for his services on an hourly basis. We require the $1000.00 retainer fee paid in advance but refunded to the extent not used unless otherwise stated. You must agree to the following terms of compensation. The fees for our service are $250.00 an hour for medical examinations, records review, and opinion preparation.

IME: Retainers must be received 10 business days in advance of the scheduled IME. IME cancellations or rescheduling less than 2 business days in advance are billed $250.00. IME No-shows are billed $500.00.
